Birmingham Race Impact Group (BRIG) is seeking new board members who share our commitment to building an anti-racist city and advancing race equity. We welcome expressions of interest from people of all ages and backgrounds. You don’t need a long track record, just the passion, drive, and commitment to make a difference.
We are particularly keen to strengthen our expertise in:

Finance, legal, compliance, risk management, HR

Thematic areas such as criminal justice, health, education, housing, and employment

Policy, research, communications
Board members are encouraged to act as a portfolio holder, taking the lead on one of these areas and helping shape BRIG’s vision and impact.
