2.1 Ownership of Content

BRIG is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and the content published on it (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, digital downloads, and data compilations). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

2.2 Limited Licence for Users

You may print off one copy and may download extracts of any page(s) from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use and for the purpose of promoting BRIG’s mission and anti-racism work, provided you adhere to the following:

  1. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way.
  2. You must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
  3. BRIG’s status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content must always be acknowledged.

3.1 Commitment to the Equality Act 2010
